王林娜，2015年獲得中國海洋大學生藥學專業博士學位，之后在黃海水產研究所基因組研究室開展博士后研究，2017年出站留所工作，目前為助理研究員。已在Fish & Shellfish Immunology、Aquaculture Research、Biochem Biophys Res Commun、Marine Drugs和Journal of Biochemistry等國內外期刊上以第一作者（含并列第一作者）發表文章14篇；參與授權專利3項；參與編寫專著3部《石斑魚雜交育種理論與技術》、《魚類基因組學及基因組育種技術》、《Cryopreservation of Fish Gametes》，參與編寫的《石斑魚雜交育種理論與技術》入選2021年度海洋優秀科技圖書，以第三完成人完成的“石斑魚新種質創制與應用技術”成果入選漁業新技術2021年度優秀科技成果。主持中國博士后科學基金面上項目、山東省博士后創新研究項目、青島市應用研究項目、所科研業務費項目和院創新團隊項目子課題等，作為核心成員參與山東省泰山產業領軍人才項目和青年基金項目等國家省部級課題多項。

主要研究內容、研究方向
本人研究方向為海洋養殖魚類功能基因挖掘和分子機制研究，近年來應用體外克隆、原核真核重組表達、Elisa、qRT-PCR、原位雜交和多組學聯合分析等技術，鑒定了半滑舌鰨性別調控相關的幾個功能基因，建立了石斑魚血清抗NNV抗體水平檢測技術并應用于抗病親本選育，篩選出一批與石斑魚抗神經壞死病相關的功能基因和腸道菌群。另外，廣泛參與了石斑魚種質冷凍保存、遺傳性狀解析和雜交育種等工作。
