徐錫文，理學博士，助理研究員。2011年畢業于山東理工大學生物工程專業；2017年畢業于華中農業大學生物信息學專業，獲理學博士學位。2017年至2020年于中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所開展博士后研究工作；作為主持人承擔國家自然科學基金青年基金1項、 國家重點研發計劃“藍色糧倉科技創新”重點專項課題任務1項、所基本業務費1項。
