
于源,博士,畢業于中國海洋大學水產品加工及貯藏工程專業。現任中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所助理研究員。作為科研骨干參與國家自然科學基金、國家重點研發計劃、山東省重大科技創新工程專項、鰲山科技計劃等科研項目。主要研究方向為水產品加工與綜合利用,科研工作聚焦海藻加工綜合利用、海洋碳水化合物構效關系研究、海藻工具酶異源表達研究。開展了海藻多糖重復單元的結構解析、南極磷蝦殼多糖的性質表征、褐藻色素的提取分析、海洋糖苷水解酶的高效表達等科研工作,為海洋碳水化合物的綜合利用與新型海洋工具酶的開發提供嶄新思路。發表學術論文15篇,其中以第一作者發表SCI論文6篇。以第三完成人獲得中國水產科學研究院科學技術二等獎一項。
