
孫慧慧,女,工學博士,副研究員,2016年1月份畢業于華東理工大學生物化工專業。主持包括國家自然科學基金青年基金、中國博士后科學基金、山東省自然科學基金博士基金等在內共計6項課題,并作為科研骨干參與了國家重點研發計劃“藍色糧倉科技創新”重點專項1項。累計發表論文20余篇,其中以第一作者在Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等領域內權威期刊發表論文7篇;獲授權發明專利6項;參編著作《海洋食品酶工程》1部。榮獲神農中華農業科技獎科學研究類成果一等獎(第五完成人,2021)。黃海水產研究所“優秀博士后”稱號(2017)。
主要研究領域為微生物酶與生物催化轉化在海洋食品中的應用,主要包括酶的基因發掘和高效表達,催化機制解析和理性分子改造,生化反應過程優化與調控等研究。
