
徐后國,研究員,中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所食品工程與營養研究室副主任。山東日照人。2013年博士畢業于中國海洋大學,博士論文獲評“山東省優秀博士學位論文”。于2011和2013年分別赴美國密蘇里大學及美國大氣與海洋管理局西北漁業科學中心作短期訪問學者。現任上海海洋大學、中國海洋大學、大連海洋大學、江蘇海洋大學、浙江海洋大學、青島科技大學、河北農業大學、天津農學院及中國農業科學研究院碩士生導師。黃海水產研究所“青年科技獎”獲得者,入選中國水產科學研究院“百名科技英才培育計劃”、中國水產科學研究院“中青年拔尖人才”及江蘇省“雙創人才”,山東省自然科學基金“優秀青年基金”獲得者。
現任《Aquaculture Nutrition》和《Aquaculture Research》期刊編輯;《Fish Physiology and Biochemistry》客座編輯;中國水產學會水產動物營養與飼料專業委員會委員;中國水產學會生物餌料專業委員會委員;全國動物營養指導委員會水產動物營養分會秘書。
研究方向為水產動物營養與飼料,專注于魚類脂肪酸營養生理及脂質代謝調控研究。迄今為止,在該領域共發表學術論文100余篇,其中,以第一及通訊作者發表SCI論文60余篇(單篇最高影響因子16.195)。獲國家發明專利10余項。獲海洋科學技術二等獎1項。
