邱亮，男，1991年生，博士，助理研究員，碩士生導師。2013年畢業于魯東大學，獲得水產養殖學士學位；2018年畢業于上海海洋大學，獲得水產養殖博士學位；2018年-2020年在中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所進行博士后研究。現任亞太水產養殖中心網（NACA）十足目虹彩病毒1感染指定專家，獲得中華人民共和國執業獸醫師資格證書，2020年度獲“黃海青年人才獎”。主持山東省自然科學基金青年項目、中國博士后科學基金一等資助、山東省博士后創新項目、黃海水產研究所基本科研業務費等課題。參與國家重點研發計劃專項、國家自然科學基金青年科學基金項目和山東省“健康海洋”技術創新工程專項等項目。發表學術論文24篇，其中SCI論文13篇，參編專著15部，主筆或參與制定水產行業標準5項。
