薛素燕，女，博士，副研究員。2007年6月獲中國海洋大學水生生物學專業碩士學位，進入黃海水產研究所工作至今，并于2013年6月獲中國海洋大學水產養殖專業博士學位。承擔山東省海洋與漁業科技創新計劃項目、青島海洋科學與技術試點國家實驗室青年人才培育項目等科研項目10余項，第一作者發表學術論文11篇（其中SCI 5篇，中文核心期刊6篇），授權專利6項（其中發明專利2項，實用新型專利4項），軟件著作權1項；參編專著2部、行業標準1項；獲中國產學研合作創新成果獎二等獎等省部級獎勵、榮譽共5項次。
