        碩士生導師

        孫慧慧,女,198804月生人,于201601月獲華東理工大學生物化工專業的博士學位,現就職于中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所,副研究員,現任青島科技大學碩士生導師。主要從事微生物酶與生物催化轉化在海洋食品中的應用等方面的研究,主持包括國家自然科學基金青年基金、中國博士后科學基金、山東省自然科學基金博士基金等在內共計6項課題,并作為科研骨干參與了國家重點研發計劃藍色糧倉科技創新重點專項1項。累計發表論文20余篇,其中以第一及通訊作者在Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food SafetyJournal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryInternational Journal of Biological Macromolecules等領域內權威期刊發表論文10篇;獲授權發明專利6項;參編著作《海洋食品酶工程》1部。榮獲神農中華農業科技獎科學研究類成果一等獎(第五完成人,2021)。獲黃海水產研究所優秀博士后稱號(2017)。
